About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while ensuring customers receive safe, timely service. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and keep the workflow steady, followed by time on the floor coaching technicians and stepping in where needed. There is no desk required; you will be hands-on, talking with customers to explain options clearly and getting them back on the road confidently.
