About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while keeping our customers safe and building a career you love. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and keep the workflow steady, ensuring customers receive safe and timely service. You will be on the floor with your team, coaching and stepping in where needed, rather than staying behind a desk.

You will talk with customers to explain options clearly, helping them get back on the road confidently. This role is for those who want to grow, lead, and make a difference every day for customers in their community. It is a hands-on position where you bust tires, manage inventory, and delight customers, all while developing your leadership skills through on-the-job training.
