About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team, keep our customers safe, and build a career and life that you love. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow, guaranteeing customers receive safe and timely service.

This role is not desk-bound. You will be on the floor with your team, coaching and stepping in where needed. You will talk with customers to explain options clearly, ensuring they get back on the road confidently. Whether you are busting tires, managing inventory, or training technicians, you are working alongside your teammates to deliver an inviting, easy, and safe customer experience. We are looking for a servant leader with a calm demeanor under pressure, a positive can-do attitude, and the stamina to hustle alongside the team.
