About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team while building a career and life you love. This role is for a servant leader who thrives on the floor rather than behind a desk. You set the pace for the store and the tone for the team, ensuring customers receive safe, timely, and confident service.
Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and keep the workflow steady. You will be hands-on, coaching technicians, stepping in where needed, and talking directly with customers to explain options clearly. Whether you are busting tires, managing inventory, or organizing the shop, you are working alongside your team to deliver an inviting and safe customer experience. We believe in learning by doing, offering hands-on, on-the-job training to help you succeed.
