About the Role
As an IHOP Assistant Manager, you will provide essential leadership and support to restaurant operations, acting as a key partner to the General Manager. This role is vital for creating a positive work environment and ensuring the efficient, successful operation of the restaurant. You will oversee staff, ensure exceptional customer service, maintain quality standards, manage inventory, and optimize profitability. Your day-to-day involves implementing company policies, training team members, and driving the guest experience forward while adhering to strict safety and sanitation protocols.

Requirements
