The Assistant Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, providing leadership and support to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the restaurant. This role is designed to create a positive work environment while overseeing staff, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing profitability. You will be the bridge between corporate strategy and daily execution, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional and that the team operates with precision and care.

Requirements
