About the Role
The IHOP Assistant Manager serves as a vital leader within the restaurant, providing essential support to the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. This role is designed to ensure exceptional customer service, maintain rigorous quality standards, and optimize profitability. You will play a key part in creating a positive work environment while ensuring the efficient and successful operation of the IHOP restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
