About the Role
The Assistant Manager serves as the operations leader for the restaurant, focusing on profitability, guest service, people development, and operational management. Working under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you will support the daily operations of a single location, driving key performance outcomes while directly managing a team of 20 to 45 Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members.
Day in the Life
Your day involves a dynamic blend of financial stewardship and team leadership. You will manage inventory costs, perform regular inspections, and oversee asset maintenance to ensure the facility runs efficiently. On the guest side, you will motivate your team to deliver accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean environment. As a people leader, you will provide continuous coaching and feedback to Shift Coordinators to elevate the team's capabilities and overall performance.
