About the Role
The Assistant Manager serves as the primary operations leader for the restaurant, working directly under the Restaurant General Manager to drive profitability, guest service excellence, people development, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in managing the daily rhythm of the restaurant, ensuring that key performance outcomes are met while fostering a high-performing culture.
You will lead a team of 20 to 45 employees, including Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members. Your day-to-day involves balancing the financial health of the location through inventory management and asset protection with the human element of coaching staff to exceed guest expectations. Whether handling cash control procedures, coordinating preventative maintenance, or stepping in as a Shift Coordinator to ensure smooth service, you are the backbone of the restaurant's daily operations.
