About the Role
The Assistant Manager serves as the primary operations leader for the restaurant, working directly under the Restaurant General Manager to drive profitability, guest service excellence, people development, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in managing the daily rhythm of a single location, ensuring the team delivers accurate, fast, and friendly service in a clean environment.
You will lead a team of 20 to 45 employees, including Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members. Your day involves balancing strategic oversight of inventory costs, asset maintenance, and cash security with the hands-on coaching required to elevate team capabilities. Whether managing preventative maintenance, directing product preparation for prompt delivery, or stepping in as a Shift Coordinator to support the floor, you are the backbone of the restaurant's daily success.
