About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead and mentor a team while keeping our customers safe and building a career you love. This is not a desk job; you set the pace for the store and the tone for the team. Your day begins with a huddle to assign bays and ensure a steady workflow, followed by spending time on the floor coaching technicians and stepping in where needed. You will talk directly with customers to explain options clearly, ensuring they get back on the road confidently.
