About the Role
We want folks who care about people and the work they do. As a member of our management team, you will be expected to be a servant leader who creates a positive work environment. Your day will involve leading a team well, coaching performance, and ensuring that all product quality standards are met. You will manage inventory and food costs, handle daily cash operations, and operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted goals. This role requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and is ideal for someone willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Hiring Process
The individual in this position is expected to complete all training requirements, including the Zaxby's Management Training Plan and hands-on stations training. Successful candidates will engage in a process designed to ensure they can provide friendly, enthusiastic service and accurately represent the Zaxby's brand.
