About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will do more than just manage a store; you will lead and mentor a team while building a career you love. This role is for those who want to set the pace for their store and the tone for their team. You will be on the floor, not behind a desk, coaching technicians, organizing workflow, and ensuring customers receive safe, timely service. You will talk directly with customers to explain options clearly and get them back on the road confidently. It is a hands-on position where you will bust tires, manage inventory, and grow alongside your team through on-the-job training.
