As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales and profitability while fostering a customer-first selling culture. In partnership with the Store Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performance team, ensuring we maintain our values, brand, policies, and operational standards. Your leadership responsibilities will focus on one or more critical areas of the business—Customer Experience, Freight Flow, Operations, or Merchandising—determined by business needs alongside your unique experience and career goals.
