Day in the Life
In this role, you are responsible for everything during your shift. You will manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees, overseeing all store operations, cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Your day involves performing all duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, from greeting customers and taking orders with a smile to operating the cash register and collecting payments.
You will also be responsible for making fast, accurate, and consistent products that comply with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant from the front of the house to the back of the store is a key part of your duties. Additionally, you may deliver product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously. Throughout your shift, you must maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
