About the Role
You were born to be the boss. This role is for someone who naturally ensures everyone around them is doing what they need to do. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash management, and customer relations. You will set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew.
This is a tough job that requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. You will work for a company that is fun and flexible, gaining experience you will use for a long time to come.
