About the Role

As a Store Team Member, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. You set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from your crew. Your role encompasses cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You will work to ensure store cleanliness, adhere to standards, and drive profitability while delivering great customer service.

From delivery drivers to franchise owners, our stores offer a world of opportunity for advancement. Many of our team members have successfully transitioned from entry-level roles to management, general manager, and even franchise ownership.

Hiring Process

Orientation and training are provided on the job. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and possess the ability to comprehend written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
