About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Assistant Manager who genuinely enjoys serving guests. In this role, you will provide strong support to the General Manager, ensuring daily restaurant operations run smoothly. You will act as a stepping stone to a successful future with our brand, coaching team members, providing feedback, and fostering accountability.

Your day will involve managing daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent service while maintaining a refreshingly clean environment. You will demonstrate a passion for the business, find and develop the best people, and execute systems that uphold food quality and safety standards. The role requires a sense of urgency to create fast speed of service, alongside the attention to detail needed to follow preparation procedures and maintain kitchen organization.

Enjoy a flexible schedule with no late nights (closing at 8 PM) and no grease. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Thanksgiving. Compensation includes competitive bonus pay based on performance and Paid Time Off (PTO).
