We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations with creativity and care.
About the Role
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to service. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team while ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment that strictly adheres to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Your menu development will focus on incorporating seasonal ingredients and meeting the specific dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
Beyond the kitchen, you will interact directly with residents to ensure their satisfaction with meal service and promptly address any dietary concerns or special requests. You will also collaborate effectively with other departments, including dining services, nursing, and resident services, to provide a seamless and supportive living environment.
