We are dedicated to making an impact and creating an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates. Our mission involves building quality homes, providing exceptional customer service, giving back to the communities where we work and live, and fostering a culture of opportunity and growth for our team throughout their careers.

About the Role

As an Assistant Land Development Manager, you will play a vital role in empowering the future of our communities. You will assist the Land Development Manager in all aspects of land development, serving as a key partner in the journey from site clearing through the completion of finished home sites and final tract bond exoneration. This position is designed for an individual who thrives on initiative and daily interaction with Lennar leadership, city and county staff, consultants, and trade partners.

In this role, you will manage tasks assigned by the Land Development Manager, including the scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, problem-solving, and bond exoneration activities. You will be the bridge between construction schedules, budgets, and the day-to-day operational issues that arise on the field. Your day will involve managing daily travel between job sites to coordinate site development, enforcing contract scopes of work, and ensuring environmental compliance through routine inspections and the implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs).

You will also assist with the development and updating of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), coordinate punch lists, and support the final permit and tract acceptance processes with governing agencies and homeowner associations. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving project development issues quickly to ensure community completion schedules and budgets are met.
