About the Role
As an Assistant Land Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering your future by assisting the Land Development Manager in all aspects of land development for our communities. This position is designed for an individual who thrives on initiative and daily interaction with Lennar leadership, city and county staff, consultants, and trade partners.
In this role, you will help coordinate and monitor the entire land development lifecycle, from site clearing through the completion of finished home sites and the final bond exoneration work required for acceptance by permitting agencies. You will be the bridge between the Land Development Manager and the field, managing tasks related to scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and problem-solving. Your day-to-day involves enforcing contract scopes, performing routine environmental inspections, and ensuring the implementation of Best Management Practices (BMPs). You will also assist in the development of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and coordinate the preparation of punch lists to ensure timely community completion and final acceptance by governing agencies and homeowner associations.
