About the Role
The Assistant General Manager/Event Captain serves as the on-site leader for the social business, driving revenue and ensuring operational excellence across events, leagues, simulator rentals, and food & beverage. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct ownership of guest satisfaction, team performance, and revenue growth. You will act as a floor leader, coaching staff, managing guest experience standards, and building relationships with guests and community partners to foster loyalty and repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleConduct active guest check-ins and resolve concerns in real time to ensure satisfaction
- check_circleEnsure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations across all operations
- check_circleProvide post-event feedback to Sales to improve return bookings and drive repeat business
- check_circleOversee daily social operations including leagues, simulators, events, and facilities flow
- check_circleManage event inventory, supplies, and simulator usage per contract requirements
- check_circleCoach, evaluate, and train staff while supporting hiring and onboarding processes
- check_circleManage event staff scheduling, training, and coordination to ensure service quality
