About the Role
As an Assistant General Manager (Overtime Eligible Manager), you will be the go-to leader ensuring our hotel runs like a well-oiled machine. When the General Manager is away, you step into the spotlight, overseeing all departments, boosting revenue, and keeping costs in check. This role is designed for someone who leads with confidence, solves problems proactively, and communicates effectively so that everyone feels heard.
You will partner closely with the General Manager to drive hotel profitability and supervise multiple departments. Your day-to-day involves recruiting, hiring, and training Guest Services staff, while also fostering growth through development programs for team members at all levels. Whether you are managing financial data, ensuring professional standards are met, or simply bringing a friendly, service-focused attitude to every interaction, your goal is to spark unforgettable moments for our guests and make hospitality fun.
Hiring Process
Candidates must hold or obtain necessary certifications, including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid. The application process involves an initial review of your progressive hotel experience in Rooms or Food & Beverage, or your relevant educational background combined with industry tenure.
