The Assistant General Manager serves as a pivotal leader for the XS Nightclub experience at Wynn Las Vegas. This role is dedicated to ensuring the venue operates with efficiency and excellence, upholding the prestigious Forbes 5 Star Standard rating. The position exists to bridge the gap between executive strategy and daily execution, fostering an environment where innovation meets rigorous service standards.

In this capacity, you will manage the daily operations of the outlet, overseeing the management team to ensure adherence to pre-established cost controls and Wynn Las Vegas service protocols. Your day involves a dynamic blend of administrative oversight and guest engagement, from conducting pre-shifts and communicating operational details to handling VIP services. You will be responsible for cultivating a work environment rooted in teamwork, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction, while simultaneously driving revenue growth through innovative business strategies and menu engineering.

A significant portion of your focus will be on the guest experience. You will anticipate customer needs, fulfill Wynn's Brand Values, and ensure that every interaction exceeds expectations. Whether addressing guest requests via verbal channels, online platforms, or Medallia, or gathering feedback on cleanliness and service quality, your goal is to resolve issues swiftly and turn feedback into actionable improvements for the team and management.
