About the Role

We are looking for our next great team member to join our Food & Beverage team at the Aloft Mountain View. As a Front of the House Cook/Server, you will prepare and serve food items in accordance with brand standards while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen and service area. This role provides friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring a welcoming dining experience and promptly addressing any needs or requests.

Your kitchen creativity blends with guest-facing service to keep our guests energized and satisfied. You'll prepare fresh, quality items, keep the space spotless, and create a welcoming vibe that guests remember. If you're fast, friendly, and professional in appearance, language, and behavior, you'll help turn quick service into a standout experience. You don't shy away from physical work and supply your inventories that can weigh up to 50 lbs. The pride you have in your organizational and time management skills will be a great benefit in this role.
