About the Role
As the Assistant General Manager of Dining Services, you will lead a talented team of professionals to oversee dining room and café operations. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the overall efficiency of the kitchen, café, dining rooms, and catering areas. You will support all aspects of mealtime service, ensuring food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets established standards.
