The Employment Law and Litigation Team serves as a strategic partner, managing litigation and employment-related matters to ensure compliance and protect the organization's interests. This team operates with a focus on excellence, integrity, and the highest professional standards, working closely with senior business leaders to navigate complex legal landscapes.

About the Role

As the Assistant General Counsel – Litigation, you will be a key member of the Employment Law and Litigation Team, reporting to the Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel. Based at Aramark's corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, this role is designed to oversee the company's litigation portfolio and drive strategic legal initiatives across all U.S. operations.

You will serve as a seasoned and effective lawyer, providing sound counsel on compliance with federal, state, and local laws while managing the affirmative recovery practice. The position requires a high level of industry knowledge and the ability to assess brand and reputational risks associated with litigation and government investigations. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including COOs, Presidents, and the Chief Compliance Officer, facilitating consensus and resolving conflict with assertiveness and logic.
