This position serves as a vital support to the daily operations of our food and beverage and culinary departments. The primary mission is to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and financial health. You will act as a bridge between management directives and front-line execution, ensuring that all standards, legal obligations, and brand-specific service cultures are upheld.
In this role, you will foster a culture of mutual trust and cooperation among team members. Your day-to-day involvement includes supervising shift operations, managing staffing levels to meet guest service needs, and coordinating essential cleaning and supply programs. You will be expected to be approachable and readily available to both staff and guests, serving as a role model for appropriate behaviors and proactive problem-solving.
