This position serves as the administrative leader for our Residential Program, ensuring operations align with all regulatory requirements, agency policies, and the highest standards of service quality. Acting as the leader of the program in the absence of the Director of Residential Services, you will provide direct supervision across multiple residential locations.
You will function as the Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) or Program Supervisor when necessary, overseeing a caseload and ensuring all QIDPs receive proper training and meet their specific requirements. Your day-to-day involves managing a diverse team of supervisors and clinical staff, including Program Supervisors, Applied Behavior Specialists, and Physical Therapists. You will lead the activities of individual treatment teams to ensure the needs of each person receiving services are met in accordance with regulatory, budgetary, and agency standards.
The role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, overnights, mornings, and weekends, as well as 24/7 on-call availability unless alternate coverage is secured. You will represent Residential Services on agency-wide committees, assist in budget preparation, and develop continuous quality improvement practices to foster a supportive and compliant environment.
