About the Role
As a Program Director, you will serve as the operational leader for a designated program or set of programs within our residential, vocational, or in-home settings. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a person-centered environment, ensuring that every individual receives high-quality, individualized supports that foster growth and independence. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including families, case managers, and government officials, while overseeing the day-to-day delivery of direct supports, health care, and advocacy. Your leadership will directly influence the safety, compliance, and satisfaction of the individuals we serve, creating an environment where they can truly thrive.

Requirements
