As a Program Supervisor, you will join a mission-driven team where every person has the right to live well and deserves a fulfilling career. This role is designed for those who want to create meaningful relationships that motivate us all. You will supervise a single program or unit, typically supporting 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in vocational or day programs.
Your day will be a dynamic blend of direct support and leadership. You will work flexible hours split between supervising Direct Support Professionals and providing hands-on care. From overseeing the implementation of person-centered plans and managing health care needs to ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining a safe living environment, you will be the backbone of the program's daily operations. You will also foster strong connections with families, case managers, and stakeholders, ensuring that every individual receives the quality, individualized support they deserve.
