We are seeking an Assistant Director of Catering and Events to join our amazing team. This role is designed for a hospitality professional passionate about creating memorable events and building lasting relationships. You will serve as the primary contact for complex events, guiding clients from the initial booking and proposal negotiation through seamless execution and post-event follow-up.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between sales and service, ensuring a smooth turnover and consistent high-level service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases. Your day-to-day involves creative menu and event design to maximize revenue, managing departmental budgets, and overseeing forecasting. You will work closely with the General Manager, Sales team, and cross-functional departments to drive innovation in event delivery and maintain our reputation for excellence.
