About the Role
Hastings College is seeking a dynamic, student-focused professional to serve as our Assistant Director of Career Services. This full-time, exempt position is ideal for an individual passionate about bridging the gap between academic life and professional success. In this role, you will be a key player in building inter-departmental relationships, guiding students through their career journeys, and managing innovative programming that prepares our graduates for the modern workforce.
You will serve as a central hub for student development, directly supervising and mentoring student workers while collaborating with the Alumni Association to manage our mentoring program. Your day-to-day involves designing workshops and career fairs, enhancing our social media presence, and serving as a power user for the Handshake platform to ensure students have the tools they need to succeed.
