Welcome to PulteGroup, where we believe in building more than just homes—we believe in building inspired employees, meaningful careers, and a legacy of excellence. As one of the nation's largest and most respected homebuilders, we are driven by the bold purpose of "Building Incredible Places for People to Live Their Dreams."
For over 70 years, we have been building trust, innovation, and a culture where every team member is empowered to thrive. Headquartered in vibrant Atlanta, Georgia, and operating in over 45 markets nationwide, we are proud to build homes through our trusted family of brands, including Pulte Homes, Del Webb, Centex, and DiVosta Homes. We are consistently recognized as a Fortune 100 Best Company to Work For and a certified Great Place to Work.
This position is a professional, customer-facing role designed to ensure the highest standards of build quality before a home is delivered to its new owner. You will be an integral part of our Customer Care team, interacting directly with homeowners to validate service requests, coordinate warranty inspections, and manage feedback to drive customer loyalty.
Your journey begins with comprehensive orientation and training programs covering construction knowledge, job site rules, safety, and warranty protocols. You will work closely with your manager and the Construction Field Team (CFT) to develop literacy in construction standards, root cause analysis, and technical language. As you progress, you will gain confidence in handling common service items and escalated issues, eventually earning your Customer Care Manager Certification to operate independently.
This role offers a dynamic day-to-life that blends office coordination with on-site presence. You will be responsible for monitoring warranty repairs, generating work orders, and following up with homeowners and vendors. Success in this role requires the ability to interact with diverse customer types, adapting your communication style to varying personalities and levels of homeownership experience. You will also be expected to follow division-specific dress code requirements and adhere to all safety protocols.
We are committed to finding the right fit for our team. Candidates who meet the qualifications will be invited to participate in an interview process designed to assess both technical aptitude and cultural alignment. Successful candidates will then complete a structured onboarding and training program, including Division and Customer Care orientation, to prepare for the responsibilities of the role.
