The Assistant Coach for Women's Lacrosse serves as a vital pillar of our professional faculty, providing the teaching, coaching, and technical expertise necessary for student-athletes to compete at their highest potential. This role is defined by a dual commitment to athletic excellence and student well-being.
Beyond the field, the Assistant Coach acts as a guardian of the program's culture and safety. You will be responsible for the oversight and management of the safety and well-being of assigned student-athletes. In the absence of the Head Coach, you are expected to act on their behalf regarding all related program issues. This position requires active participation in all aspects of a highly competitive Division I program, from strategic game preparation to the logistical planning of team travel and fundraising efforts.
