About the Role
Assistant Directors at The Learning Experience play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of both children and teachers. You will help create an environment defined by collaboration and community, ensuring that everyone thrives within our centers.
Day in the Life
Your day involves partnering with the Director to manage daily center operations, from overseeing licensing compliance to developing team schedules. You will be the face of our program during center tours, highlighting our curriculum and teacher quality to prospective families while managing relationships with state licensors. Beyond administration, you will actively engage in the classroom, substituting as needed and conducting observations to provide feedback and support team growth.
Hiring Process
Candidates with one or more years of Assistant Director experience and professional teaching experience with infants to preschool children are encouraged to apply. Please note that a Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field, as well as CPR and First Aid Certification, are highly preferred.

- check_circleLead recruitment efforts and manage new team member orientation
- check_circleAssist the Director with daily center operations
Requirements
