About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to support a business leader within our New York office. As an Assistant, you will serve as a critical partner, demonstrating independent judgment and the ability to interface with senior-level business leaders and their teams. The role requires you to anticipate problems and proactively identify solutions while effectively navigating the shifting needs and demands of clients and executives. You will be the first point of contact for daily communications, ensuring a professional and efficient flow of information. This is a fast-paced environment where staying one step ahead is essential, requiring you to manage complex schedules, coordinate travel, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
