Be the first step toward healing. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to behavioral healthcare, we are committed to making mental health services accessible to underserved communities, particularly in rural areas. Our mission centers on equity, connection, and ensuring that every individual receives the care they need right when they need it.
As an Assessment Clinician (internally titled Client Access Specialist), you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their initial journey into care. This high-impact position is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting individuals to life-changing services. You will provide timely, compassionate assessments, respond to walk-in behavioral health crises, and help clients navigate the Open Access process to find the right programs for their wellness and recovery goals.
Your day will involve meaningful interactions with diverse populations, requiring you to deliver culturally responsive and trauma-informed services. You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, developing treatment plans and coordinating enrollments while maintaining accurate documentation. This role is ideal for those who value strength-based approaches and are energized by helping people take the first steps in their recovery journey.
