Key Responsibilities
- check_circleFollow assembly drawings and specifications to build subassemblies and modules for gas turbine engines
- check_circleUse hand tools and specialized equipment to build engine sections and install details
- check_circleProvide support for test operations and assist with component testing under supervision
- check_circleObtain parts and measure components to ensure dimensions meet specified assembly requirements
- check_circleAssist with co-producer programs, customer support, and retrofit projects for new engine specifications
- check_circlePerform mechanical work to overhaul engines, modules, and related components using repair procedures
Requirements
- verifiedU.S. citizenship required
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent with A&P license or equivalent
- verified4 years technical high school plus technical post high school certification and 5+ years heavy automotive experience
Nice to Have
Experience as an aerospace mechanic or A&P mechanic. 3+ years of avionics mechanic experience.
