A-Line Staffing is seeking an Assembly Specialist to join a dynamic team in Houston, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a manufacturing environment focused on the complete assembly and disassembly of complex gas turbine and compressor packages. The role is designed for individuals who thrive on precision, enjoy interpreting technical blueprints, and take pride in collaborating with engineering and quality control teams to ensure equipment meets rigorous safety and specification standards.
As a key member of the production floor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly process, from staging and inspecting parts to performing critical alignments and machining adjustments. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards are paramount. The role also includes mentoring less experienced technicians and maintaining organized, safe work areas.
Position Details
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity located in Houston, TX (77095), operating on a first-shift (AM) schedule. The assignment runs from June 2026 to April 2027, with a "Temp to Perm" structure that offers the potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment based on business needs and performance.
