The Tech B is a vital member of our engineering support team, responsible for executing test processes according to detailed instructions. In this role, you will assist engineers in applying engineering technology to develop and test product assemblies or components. Success in this position requires strict adherence to process instructions and documentation requirements while working closely with a team of engineers and skilled operators.
Your day-to-day involves performing cleaning, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment with limited supervision. You will operate moderately complex equipment in the production of hardware, utilizing manual skills developed through training and supervision. Documentation of your work is a key component, ensuring consistency with work unit policies. This position also offers focused training opportunities to enable progression into higher-skilled roles at the discretion of your supervisor.
