About the Role
As an Assembler II, you will join a production team that values craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous improvement. This role focuses on building mechanical assemblies and wire harnesses using hand and power tools while strictly following blueprints and work instructions. You will handle moderately heavy units, including assemblies as large as a small refrigerator, contributing directly to the quality of finished equipment.
The position offers a structured environment with clear expectations, providing the opportunity to deepen your mechanical assembly skills and work with varied, substantial products. You will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and tool-ready workspace.
Work Environment
This is a fully onsite, hands-on production role based in Costa Mesa, CA. You will work primarily at assembly stations, standing for extended periods and utilizing standard assembly equipment. The environment follows established safety procedures and organized workflows, requiring appropriate workwear and personal protective equipment. Typical hours follow a standard production schedule, with expectations to meet daily and weekly output targets.
