About the Role
As an Assembler at Lou-Rich, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by accurately and efficiently assembling components to create finished products. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest quality standards are met and that all products are assembled according to specifications. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success and customer satisfaction of our organization.
In this position, you will perform sub-assembly and final assembly processes on a variety of mechanical and electrical assemblies. You will utilize calibrated equipment, machinery, engineering drawings, schematics, and written or verbal instructions to execute basic assembly, mechanical, and electrical functions. A key part of your day involves maintaining documentation on work performed, matching procedures with ISO documents, and interpreting sketches or blueprints to identify any non-conformances.
