About the Role
An Asphalt Paving company is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. In this position, you will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foremen and crews. Your core mission involves planning, coordinating, and supervising onsite functions, including scheduling, material control, and the day-to-day direction of field personnel.
