This part-time Store Associate role is based at Store 708112 in Las Vegas, NV. You will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role is designed for bilingual candidates fluent in both English and Spanish to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
In this position, you will be the face of the store, tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. You will build productive trust relationships with customers, process sales transactions accurately, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Your day will involve staying up-to-date with product features, tinting and mixing products to customer specifications, and ensuring assigned areas remain in-stock and presentable.

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products. Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
Skills: Spanish, English, Driver's License.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
