About the Role
This Part Time Store Associate position is essential to the success of our retail stores at Store 721078 in Henderson, NV. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. The role requires you to promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features and maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store.
As a Bilingual Spanish speaker, you will play a key part in serving our diverse community. You will be tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. This position involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, payment methods, and store merchandise. The Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public.
