About the Role

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. As a Store Associate, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. Additionally, you will maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #1018 located at 6100 W Vernor Hwy, Detroit, MI 48209. This is a part-time role.

Hiring Process

The interview will consist of a few behavioral-based questions. Step 3: In-Store Interview Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team, and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
