About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality care both in-clinic and through virtual channels. This role exists to ensure optimum patient satisfaction while adapting to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. You will act as a clinical leader, guiding clinic staff and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patients and colleagues alike.

Your day will involve analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, prescribing medications, and providing therapeutic recommendations. You will balance in-person and telehealth responsibilities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate charting. Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key role in onboarding new employees, offering job shadowing and coaching to help them integrate into our team. You will work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, adhering to federal and state regulations while maintaining a respectful and confidential workplace culture.
