Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best care possible in a positive atmosphere.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to community engagement. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in various outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, trunk-or-treats, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, fostering a sense of belonging that extends from our clinic to the wider community.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across both in-clinic and virtual channels. This role is designed for a flexible professional who can adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. You will not only provide outstanding patient service but also lead clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—in behaviors and actions that ensure excellent patient care.
Your day will involve analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, while actively engaging with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and uphold our company values. You will be expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, managing both in-patient and telehealth queues to ensure timely follow-ups. Additionally, you will play a key role in onboarding new employees by facilitating introductions, providing clinic tours, and offering job shadowing and coaching opportunities.
