About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care across both in-clinic and virtual channels. This role is designed for a flexible professional who can adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting. You will not only diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions but also lead clinic staff in behaviors and actions that ensure excellent patient care.

Your day-to-day involves analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. You will work efficiently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, ensuring accurate charting and adherence to federal and state regulations, including HIPAA. A key part of your responsibilities includes mentoring new employees through job shadowing, coaching, and facilitating their integration into the team.
